HFHTC will be announcing public meetings to be held in 2010 where prospective homeowners can hear a short presentation on qualifying for a Habitat home and pick up an application packet.
This is the only way a homeowner can apply for a Habitat home in Tuolumne County. You MUST be present at one of the numerous meetings we will have throughout the county to pick up your own application packet.
If you would like to be notified by e-mail when we know our schedule for public meetings, please click here and send us a short e-mail expressing your interest in becoming a Habitat homeowner.
The
selection of families who purchase homes from Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County, Inc. will be made by the Family
Selection Committee in a way that does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, age, handicap, religion,
familial status, or because all or part of the applicant's income is derived from public assistance programs.
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the
nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to
obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
