Local branch continues to support Habitat’s mission
Sonora, CA – Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County, Inc. was awarded a $7,500 grant from World Savings. The check was presented to Habitat by Pam Kirkpatrick of the World Savings Washington Street branch. Pam exclaimed, “We are proud to continue our support of Habitat for Humanity. They are providing an invaluable service through their efforts in our local community.” This is the seventh grant that World Savings has bestowed on the Tuolumne County Habitat. David Bolles, president of the Tuolumne County Habitat affiliate stated, “The continual support from World Savings is key to Habitat’s success in our community. The majority of our funding comes from local donations; we depend on community-minded businesses such as World Savings to supplement funding from individual donations.”
