We’ve moved our office
As of May 1, HFHTC has a new address: 171 N. Washington Street, Suite H,
Sonora, CA 95370.
Since HFHTC’s inception in 1999, our “home” has been at 259-B South Stewart Street, Sonora where our landlord, Jim Brandt, is also our Treasurer and Bookkeeper. Over the last eight years, Jim has generously given us a great deal on our rent making it more affordable for our fledgling, non-profit organization to become situated in the community. Jim has sold the building that houses our offices as well as his own accounting business. Jim’s good fortune meant we needed to find new office space.
Don Grover, a local architect, own the building that houses our new office space. It’s the brick building across from the Red Church. There is parking available behind the building—enter the parking lot F on North Stewart Street.
Don has previously donated his architectural services on homes we have built and is offering us a very reasonable price on our new office.
