The Brennan House is now Complete

Aug 13, 2009

On a beautiful day in the Sierra foothills, Rick Bonde, Betsy Harden and Jim Floyd made new homeowner Kathleen Brennan a very happy person by presenting her with the keys to her new home. Kathleen's new home is the sixth house built by the Tuolumne County affiliate of Habitat for Humanity. The 1250 square foot house, located in the Ponderosa Hills subdivision, features a wide array of green building attributes resulting in a very high level of energy efficiency. The Brennan family are excited and will be moving in immediately.

The Brennan house was made possible by generous donations from individuals and businesses in the community, along with an army of volunteers representing all functional areas of the local Habitat for Humanity organization. Thank you to everyone for a job well done!!
