House 6 - Home of the Brennan Family
Kathleen Brennan and family are the proud owners of the sixth home built by Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County. This Ponderosa Hills house offers a beautiful view off its back deck along with a wonderful floor plan.
Thanks to a $15,000 grant from PG&E, the Brennan home uses a solar electric system to supplement its energy use. This is just one of many green building aspects that were included in the design and construction of this house.
Many thanks to all of the volunteers that came together to build this fine house, especially Mike O'Reilly our construction manager and Rick Bonde, the house #6 project MVP.
