ReStore Donation Guidelines
We welcome donations from individuals and businesses, including leftover building materials,
tools, scratch-and-dent items, discontinued products, items replaced or removed during remodeling
or demolition, extra furniture and more.
Items we gratefully accept:
- Air Conditioners/HVAC (less than 5 years old)
- Appliances (items seven years old or less and in good working condition)
- Architectural Items (columns, mantels, antiques, etc.)
- Blinds (must know window size)
- Cabinets
- Countertops
- Doors (with frames only)
- Electrical (fuses, breakers, copper wire, conduit, etc.)
- Fans (ceiling fans must have mounting hardware)
- Flooring (tile, new carpet, wood, laminate)
- Furnaces
- Furniture
- Garden tools
- Hand Tools
- Hardware (hinges, bolts, door knobs, screws, nails, etc.)
- Insulation
- Lighting
- Lumber (minimum length - 48”)
- Masonry (cinder block, bricks, tile, etc.)
- Paint (Full, un-used)
- Plumbing
- Plywood (will accept partial sheets)
- Roofing
- Sheet Rock (Wallboard, drywall, will accept ½ sheets)
- Siding
- Sinks
- Toilets (must be working)
- Tubs
- Vents
- Wallpaper (in usable amounts)
- Windows/screens
Items we regrettably cannot accept:
- Broken or unframed glass
- Clothes
- Door Slabs (without frames)
- Garage doors or door openers
- Mattresses
- Musical instruments
- Paint (opened cans)
- Paint thinner or other hazardous or toxic chemicals
- Pesticides (liquid or powder)
