House 6 - Future Home of the Brennan Family
The lot has been purchased and cleared, our partner family selected, plans and permits are in progress. The future home of Kathleen Brennan and family will be built at 20423 Misty Lane, Tuolumne, CA 95379, located in the Ponderosa Hills subdivision.
Plan approval update: On July 22, we were informed that the house plans had passed all five county division reviews. The next step is the Final Plan Check followed by the Pricing Check where the county works out the total for permit fees.
Construction update: We’d hoped to have started building by now, but have to wait for the permits. Keep watching this web site for further updates.

House 5 - Home of the McKenzie Family
The fifth house for the Tuolumne chapter of HfH was completed in July of 2007. The house looks great, a smart floor plan, plenty of nice upgrades, tasteful decorating and above all: quality construction.
The volunteer turnout for this house was immense - Thank You to everyone who helped in the building of this quality home.
